USPRO wasn’t built in a boardroom. It began in 2009 in a small office on Milk Street in Boston, when the company’s founders secured a contract supporting a major U.S. Army program.
With deep roots in the staffing industry and an entrepreneurial drive to build something better, they created USPRO around a simple belief: employers and job seekers deserved a staffing partner that operated with integrity, accountability and genuine care.

Today, under Kiley Carlton’s leadership, USPRO is a woman-owned staffing and workforce solutions firm serving aerospace, defense, engineering, manufacturing and industrial employers nationwide.
The company has grown considerably since that first contract, but its founding principles have not changed. Every client relationship, candidate experience and placement is guided by integrity, honor and service.
